So the 2nd Anniversary Pangya Global Cup will begin their final round tomorrow. Both West Wiz and Wind Hill will be played out and those scores will be combined to determine their ranking. Only the top 3 from both Black Papel or Titanboo servers will be crowned.

Pangya United for All

Japan and Korea servers has already received the new title of Pangya United, and soon both Thailand and Global servers will receive their upgrades shortly along with new and familiar contents. Pangya Global opened their 2nd Anniversary event on April 6th and one of the prizes has listed "New Season". That new season will be delivered on April 27th, so it was highly presumed that Global's new season will arrive on that date.

MPOGD.com has received early exclusive info about Pangya Global's update coming next Wednesday on April 27th. It went on as to list what to expect on April 27th, and other special contents on the way in the upcoming month of May.

My Top 10 Favorite RPGs

Role-playing games has always been a major factor of my gaming experience since childhood. When I look back at all the titles I've played, I wasn't that surprised that most of my favorites came from old consoles. I suppose RPGs haven't evolved that much lately to make a difference like the old days when gaming was still growing. It makes me wonder if this genre will make another transcendence or not.

I will only go over the list of RPG games that I've actually played and finished it through to the end. I know these kinds of "My top favorites" list makes some people very emotional thinking I'm listing the best RPGs of all time. This is my list of RPGs that I consider a worthy title to me only. That means the majority of these games you will definitely disagree with, but attempting to provoke my list and change it to something that you consider better will serve no purpose towards my favorite list. So keep those things in mind before you make your first comment on here.

TV Anime Pocket Monster OST Best 1997-2010

The soundtrack is taking the best Pokemon music from the anime series. There are a total of 88 tracks divided into two disc; the first disc plays music from Kanto and Johto season and the second from Hoenn and Sinnoh season. It features remarkable orchestra arrangements by Shinji Miyazaki. I always find Pokemon music very fascinating not for nostalgic purposes, but how the quality is presented is top-notch. I'd say if they use these kind of orchestrated songs for a future Pokemon console game, it would truly make the epic experience.

A new web shop has opened up where you can shop player's self-designed outfits and Hello Kitty contents there. Just to note that the self-designed shop to sell their designs to other players is an existing feature on Pangya Japan for awhile.

Skies of Arcadia OST

Here's a worthy gem-titled RPG that was originally released on the Sega Dreamcast system. The Japanese version is called Eternal Arcadia, but I definitely prefer the American title since the word "skies" is heavily related to airship traveling and even battles too. At the time, it had breathtaking visuals that a majority of RPG gamers wanted to see when next-gen graphics were still new to us. This OST was created in Japan only and a few were imported stateside. The soundtrack is composed by both Yutaka Minobe and Tatsuyuki Maeda.

Tteokbokki

Here's another Korean food that I will never grow tired of eating. This segment was going to be "Cooking with Rich" but I cannot find the pictures that I took awhile back when I was preparing it. So I'll settle with explaining what Tteokbokki is about.


Tteokbokki (떡볶이 - Tŏk-bok-kki). To explain what it is in simplest form, it's a spicy ricecake casserole. Till this day, it's still one of Korea's popular snack food and you'll even find plenty vendors selling them on the streets. When I was in Seoul, South Korea, I think I had this almost everyday while continuing to explore the city. It doesn't cost much either and each bite will satisfy your appetite. It's fascinating to eat fresh Tteokbokki from street vendors while watching them prepare more just for you.

Alicia Review

After playing around with Ntreev's new racing game, I think I grasped enough experience to make a review on it. During the end of 2009 and during 2010, players could try out the game that was either closed or open beta. Alicia's horse racing MMO may sound cheesy at first, but this game cannot be judged by first impressions. You just have to play the game to see it for yourself.

The Rider
Once you sign-in from the website for the first time, you'll be treated with a character creation screen to pick your name, gender, eyes, mouth, body size, and voice. After that, you are ready to play the game. Your character will gain experience points as you play and it'll be used to unlock a variety of things.

Weekly Pangya Update #14

Lots of other Pangya servers are celebrating their anniversary and now Global server is going to start on their celebration for their 2nd year. Players already anticipated this arrival if they have subscribed to their newsletter to receive this from their e-mail accounts.


Instead of this set, I figured it would make sense to bring the Cyber outfits to go with the goggles and headgear from Papel shop that just retired. I could say this set is mediocre, but that's a good thing to save your money and skip this set if these agents doesn't tickle your fancy.

Remember around the end of 2009, Pangya KR changed the name to Pangya Open Tournament? Other Pangya servers have also moved on from their plain Season 4 title except Japan servers, until now. Pangya JP will receive a new title, "Pangya United" to commemorate their long successful years of their game. Pangya United will receive a major update this week that will bring the contents from Pangya Open Tournament into their server. Let's take a look to see what they will be getting.
