Wind Force Gloves is Korea's 73th scratch set. Usually Korea's scratch rares can be sold to other players, but the gloves will have a restriction this time. On the positive side, if you win the glove you can choose which character you want the gloves for. If you scratch up to 100 times, you will automatically win a glove of your choice for free. That benefit can only be used once.
The stats are Spin+1/Slot+1 and has a chance to make your wind at 1m for one shot. It comes with a powerful effect, but it's still considered situational if you think about it. For example, you may receive the effect on a shot that you can't even reach for a chip-in until your next shot. You could also have a situation that the wind is already at 1m when you receive the effect. But most importantly, there's a rare chance of the effect to activate.
I played a few 18-hole tournaments and I get the effect about 3-4 times per round. The effect is not game breaking, but it's nice to have a free silent wind once in awhile if you get the effect in the right situations. The glove does have a glow effect to make your character stand out more.
2) New Papel Rare
The Masquerade Masks comes with three different styles, but all has the same effects. It's a glasses equipment that gives Accuracy+2 and +3PP for each successful Pangya shot/+2PP for each unsuccessful Pangya shot.
3) Nell's Birthday
The theme will be Nell being a waitress. You can only purchase the outfit at the shop for real money, or participate in the event to get the outfit and other gear for free. The outfit from the shop and the event looks similar, but the difference is minor.

For this event, everyone needs to work together and play specific courses to increase three gauges. The main prizes are awarded when each gauge reaches 50% & 100%. The 50% prizes will be [Nell's Birthday Poster] [Nell's Birthday Glove] [2x Exp/PP event]. The 100% prize will be [Nell's Pink Ribbon Lace + x300 Time Boosters] [Nell's Birthday Shoes + x200 Auto Calipers] [Nell's Birthday Dress + x80 Power Potions].

Oh! I think it's a good news for Korean players because rare items of scratch reward is now selectable.

I havent played pangya for 2 months now because of the crappy events and im currently looking for other online games. Im just disgusted at the way events at Pangya global has become focused on gambling events.

Funny how you can now have up to 3 different effects activate while playing:
1.)Silent Wind chance on these gloves
2.)Wikky/Wizzy mascots for Pixel or Power Gauge increase
3.)Guardian/Purple Wings Safety or GZ hole increase

Yep that's where I've been all the time since it launched, haha.
I think it first started with the Guardian Wings where winning a rare becomes Rare of Choice. As for outfits, that will get distributed normally over there while specific items like Wings and Gloves will become RoC and not sellable to other players.

Looks like we may be crossing each other's path soon with the server merge after all.
Given how massive the merge is gonna be, I guess the player base really is critically low. Hope I can see more people in-game, because seeing empty towns (even Velika) every time I enter one of them is kinda depressing.
