Wiz City Analysis

While Wiz City has been released last week ago on foreign Pangya servers, Global will receive their turn on November 9th. The course itself plays the same on every other servers, however, there are some things that works differently. I've recently reviewed this course, and now it's time to check the differences between Korea, Thailand, and Japan servers.

If you find anything that looks incorrect, feel free to let me know right away.

1) Fortune Keys
This key is used to open one Spin Cube in your inventory. Selected servers will gift you keys per day or for a limited time. You can purchase the keys from the shop that may come with a bundle package. There's also one server that you can create these keys from Cadie's Cauldron.

2) Spin Cube Prize
Spin Cubes are only founded in Wiz City only. You will find these cubes located on holes 3, 12, 14, and 18. An effective method on collecting them quicker would be to play the back 9 holes. Collected cubes will be stored in your inventory and can only be opened with a Promise Key. Opening the cube will use up one Promise Key and Spin Cube that contains a random prize.

3) Pang Coins Experiment
Pang Coins is only available in Wiz City only. Each coin gives a random amount instead of a fixed amount. The amount you receive from the coins will not be shown unless you calculate the differences, but the coins will be added towards your pang amount when the round is over.

1) Fortune Keys

Korea
The keys are distributed for free when you log-in to receive x2 Fortune Keys. In the shop, there are two Promise Key packages that are worth 10 cookies each.

● Promise Key (10) & 20,000 Pang Bag = 10 CP
● Promise Key (10) & Chestnut (9) (x2 EXP) = 10 CP
(Prices almost equivalent to $1.00 each)

Thailand
The keys will be gifted for free when you log-in each day. You will get x2 Wiz Key per day. There are two Wiz Key Package you can purchase from the shop.

● Promise Key (10) & Pang Bag (5,000) = 2900 CP
● Promise Key (10) & Chestnut (9) = 2900 CP
(Prices almost equivalent to $1.50 each)

You can also create x1 Wiz Key from Cadie's Cauldron.

● Replay Tape (1) + Curve Mastery (10) + Generic Lucky Pangya (20) + Generic Nerve Stabilizer (30)
● Power Caliper (1) + Spin Mastery (10) + Generic Lucky Pangya (20) + Generic Nerve Stabilizer (30)
● Mulligan Rose (1) + Strength Boost (10) + Generic Lucky Pangya (20) + Generic Nerve Stabilizer (30)

Japan
On this server, you will receive x1 Fortune Key when you log-in each day. This free gift doesn't seem to have a deadline until further notice. In the shop, you have three choices to get the keys. There are two bundle packages that contains x10 Fortune Keys and there's a single Fortune Key that you can purchase.

● Promise Key (1) = 1 CP
● Promise Key (10) & Pang Bag (10,000) = 10 CP
● Promise Key (10) & x5 Mochi Chocolate Mont Blanc (5) (x2 EXP) = 10 CP
(1 CP = Prices almost equivalent to $0.13 each)
(10 CP = Prices almost equivalent to $1.25 each)

2) Spin Cube Prizes

As you can see, some of the prizes are different according to their server functionally. Other servers has freely listed their prizes except Korea. Korea's spoiler list is probably not completed since players from Pangyaholic are reporting about winning new items that hasn't been brought up before. But for now, this list from Korea is confirmed to win.

Korea
● 2,000 Pang Bag
● 20,000 Pang Bag
● 1,000,000 Pang Bag
● +15 Exp Bag
● Partial Scratch Card
● Promise Ring (+20% exp)
● Mystic Ring
and possibility more?

Thailand
● 1,000,000 Pang Bag
● 1,500 Pang Bag
● +15 Exp Bag
● Scratch Card
● Baseball Set (Nuri - Olympic)
● Tennis Set (Hana - Olympic)
● Shining Blue Gym Set(Kooh - Olympic)
● Classic Riding Set (Arin - Olympic)
● Mingti (Caddie)
Clear Papel (Caddie)
BIG Papel (Caddie)

Japan
● 1,000,000 Pang Bag
● 2,000 Pang Bag
● +5 Exp Bag
● Partial Gacha Ticket
● Promise Ring
● Black Papel (Caddie)

* On 11/10, Thailand server updated their cube winnings by taking out two Papel caddies and added the Olympic outfits, Devil ears, and Mingti. I have no clue if every server plans to continue making edits to the prizes or not but I'm not going to update this list if they do change again.

3) Pang Coins Experiment

Wiz City doesn't include overdrive bonuses so your extra pocket money will come from Pang Coins instead. Coins are found on the Magic Carpet path and placed around the greens.

As usual of me, I've become curious on how much these coins give you. I've discovered that these pang coins give a random amount somewhere between 17~40 pangs each. Now this has been tested on the Korean server so I don't have confirmation that the other servers are running this same formula or not.

I've been taking notes on how many pangs I've collected from the coins by playing a normal 18 hole tournament. So here's what I've gathered from these collected coins per round.

53 coins = 1,719 PP
61 coins = 1,659 PP
63 coins = 1,874 PP
64 coins = 2,000 PP
66 coins = 1,937 PP
68 coins = 1,784 PP
69 coins = 2,353 PP
84 coins = 3,386 PP

Since the coins doesn't tally up on your bonus pangs nor the result screen, I had to manually subtract the differences that I make per round. So for example, I made 68 coins and received 19,508 pangs total for that round (since I have pang mastery and other bonuses equipped). When I check the tournament result screen, I add both my main and bonus pangs together to get 17,724 pangs which excludes pang coins. So I do 19,508 - 17,724 to get 1,784 pangs and that's how I determine how much I've received from my coins.

Like I said, this experiment was tested on the Korean server only. Other servers may follow this same example or have their own formula method. For those who plays on Thailand and/or Japanese server may post your results if you wish on the comment box below.

Other Notices

If you pull a good prize from the Spin Cube such as the Promise Ring, a ticker message will appear with your name accompanied with a drum-roll sound fx. It'll say along the lines, "R**h has won the Promise Ring from the Spin Cube."

Well that's enough wall of text and number crunching for one day. Just for fun, what prizes from the Spin Cube are you expecting to see when it arrives on Global servers November 9th? And how do you think the Fortune Keys will be distributed?

I think Global could add some old rare clubsets like PikoPiko, Umbrella or Magic Wand in the boxes, they have used it only in 1 event 2 years ago, so... or Card removers, that'll please all, i'm surely sure.

Okay, to be honest.. i dont think that Pangya Global is going to let us win any kind of ring with those spin cubes.
I think global prizes are going to be:

● 1,000,000 Pang Bag
● 500,000 Pang Bag
● 100,000 Pang Bag
● 50,000 Pang Bag
● 10,000 Pang Bag
● 1,000 Pang Bag
● +15 Exp Bag
● Partial Scratch Card
● 3 Lucky Candy or sth like that

I think thats pretty much it.

About the Keys.. i have no idea if global is going to let us make'em at cadie's cauldron, i'd like it alot though due to the fact that i could finally get use for all those replaytapes.. i always had the feeling that global positioned like JP so yeah.. let's hope for the best! :D

Thank you for sharing all the Pin dat's.. ;] nice overview as always :]

I am sure we will get at least a few Pang pouches along with some Exp items. It would be new to have Exp pouches to come to Global though. Promise Ring would be a sought after prize for sure.

Most likely Global will have the choice of 2 packages including 10 Keys and Pang pouch or Exp items. 1,000 points will probably be the price for each package. They may sell keys for 100 Points each but I doubt that...

Spin Cube Open Report : Not Done (But i planned to open all 50 cube in few day)

Looking at your result, it looks like Pang Coins earned on Thailand is lower than Korea. I suppose it's highly possible that each server gives a different amount then. Thanks for your results. (and wow you earned 100 coins in one round?!)

Sometime a ball is more power to attracted PP coins after putting ball on green or chip-in nearby green area. It's possible to earn more or all PP coins that's on the side of green like this.
*10 Coins earned after putting on green.

Managed to see some of the items global have provided:

-Devil ears
-Clear Papel
-Promise Ring

Oh nice, and Thailand just updated their cube prize this week that included the devil ears too. I'm surprised they would place the ring in there judging from the company's reputation.
