Weekly Pangya Update #46

This will be their 3rd Vocaloid update bringing in old and new contents back to Pangya Japan again. A remixed version of Shiny Days will be played in the background when you first log into the game. Previous Vocaloid outfits will be re-released in the shop again as well as new outfits this year. http://www.pangya.jp/event/201111_vocaloid3rd/

Last year's Vocaloid event in 2010 only brought old Vocaloid contents back for a limited time so this is most likely why they are not counting that for their third event. So this year, there will be more new outfits for Nuri, Hana, and Kooh. All three will receive the new AP-suits plus a new snow dress for Kooh only for a total of 4 outfits to be released for this week.

There are more Vocaloid contents to come later on. However, I found a hidden outfit sets for Kooh that hasn't released yet. So it's more than likely that they will release it on their next update.

Web Gacha with contain two new voice clubsets for a chance to win. As usual, the clubs will play the voices only for a specific character. So the frozen leek will work on Kooh, and the golden microphones for Arin.

I figured I'll add this news in just for fun. A new law has passed in South Korea where teens under the age of 15 are restricted to play online games from midnight thru six in the morning.

Pangya KR will set forth this new rule starting this week that players who are below 16 years old within the time range of 12:00 AM ~ 6:00 AM will be restricted to playing the game or joining any other playing modes. If somehow they are in the middle of a game when the effect takes place, they won't be penalized as a quit.

But of course anyone that is age 16 and above can freely play the game however they please.

Other Notices

A new loading screen for Pangya Japan will show the winner's drawn picture from the Wiz City illustration contest. The chibi drawing is very impressive.

And next week, both Korea and Japan should be updating their new Scratch/Gacha lineup.

With their system requiring social security numbers and stuff, this'll be hard for young people to play during the night, I guess.

Nice update. I'm just wondering if global will bring this content to us, since it's vocaloid related :/

Cute drawing, but is it just me or does Lucia's right thigh look ginormous? XD

Interesting tidbit on the Korean gaming curfew. Does the game automatically shut off then or are they just kicked off server and not allowed to log in?

I think minors can still log-in, but they cannot create and enter rooms.
