Pangya Japan has announced they will be upgrading the title from "United" to "Tomahawk" on May 31st. On the Pangya Tomahawk teaser page, it displays a large rotating sphere and when you click on the Pangya logo you can see multiple feathers flying across the screen. Whether this has any relationship with the new Tomahawk theme or it is mere decoration. Since there are no additional details about Pangya Tomahawk at the moment, there are still lots of things to talk about behind this new title.
Whether Pangya Tomahawk will launch any new features all at once are undetermined at this point. We can expect these kinds of features to be released after Tomahawk launches.
PangyaSpeculating whether Pangya Tomahawk is the true Season 5 is not important anymore. Pangya has moved away from using numbers. In my opinion, maybe they don't find numbers important anymore or a new season doesn't deserve to have a number since it is not as dramatic as it used to be. When we think of a new season, we think of big changes to the game. It is still refreshing to see a new title once in awhile so we know that Pangya isn't completely dead yet. Other servers has not officially stated their release dates yet as I make this post.

I'm ready to give myself a reason to actually play this game. It's like all there ever is nowdays is shitty grind event or a ripoff gacha. And if not a grind event, the event is so shitty it becomes unplayable (lol play 1000 hours?? how about no.)
I look forward to what we will see for this major update. Interchangeable hair styles would be a great feature to see come. SD comets would be something fun to have as well.
Option to change the eye's colors... That'd be just awesome.
I haven't taken much attention on Global's side of things, but is there an event to play 1,000 hours? Just wow.
oops I read it wrong its actually 40 hours for 1000 chronos points but that's 40 hours of ACTUAL GAME PLAY like idling in a vs with pause apparently doesn't count lol.Either way it's still a lame attempt to get people to logon and play ^^; Especially since all the items are old crap except the donuts which do nothing anyway
I feel that interchangeable hairstyles and eye colors would be a neat feature Jerry and Gabe, but I'm afraid I'll get bored on all of that in a single day. I guess I'm just tired of making my characters look pretty all the time. My characters look pretty enough already~
Donuts huh. It's funny cause that was suppose to be an item that you can win from the Valentine Event too. Well I think that only happened on Japan servers only.
1,000 hours or 40 hours, those numbers are still insane to me.
Awesome, new season... or rather, big update... either or.
But what really catches my eye is the formation behind the Pangya logo in the sphere, it's... really unique looking.

Yeah, 1000 chronos points (or 40 hours) for a chance out of 5 ppl to win a SC Brie Card or whatever it is, I cbfed these days, even if I do really want that card. u.u
40 hours is 6000 chronos points. 25 points for 10 minutes. But it takes 50+ hours to get all of the doughnuts (if you want them). Then the 1000 point drawings with any leftover, if any.
As I said in a rant in the last maintenance thread in the forum, whoever's calling the shots in these events has absolutely no clue how long these things take or how much time a person with a life can possibly dedicate to an event. More than 50 fricken hours to get all the donuts... And let's say you're interested in only one character's. Chances are, it'll be like the 8th or 9th one you get at random. No matter what, it's still more than twice the time you'd be spending on a hole cup event.
The second worst part is the GMs trying to defend it, going so far as to pretend the daily login points somehow make all the difference in the world (they don't).
The worst part, though, is seeing people act like the demand on a person's time somehow isn't so bad. I've seen at least two people, who back in December, couldn't shut up about how HORRIBLE the hole cup event back then was. THIS IS OVER TWICE AS DEMANDING, YOU !!
Ugh... I seriously don't get how GameRage can have the cajones to have the excessive gameplay warning in the launcher when they pull crap like this.
I am hoping storymode. That would be so awesome. /crossesfingers

The course illustration that I just posted on my comment above is apparently a new game mode called "Grand Zodiac". It's located on a mysterious island shaped like a "sphere" so the name "Tomahawk" is designed to represent that. Either Korea will update on this week or in the next two weeks along with Pangya Japan. I'll just keep posting until I find more about this.
lol finally, something new to play for.
Seems we can speculate that the new game mode can be a preview of a new "sky" theme course, just like what they did on SSC (which led to Ice Inferno). Or an ALL-PUTT mode. Surprise us, PangYa.

I like of the button auto start in Papel Shop.
Will they improve the graphics desing of old curses? because the new curse has a desining different.
The Family Mode will be replaced for Zodiac Battle Mode? this battle mode needs other players to start the game you can play alone or the same the Family Mode?
I have fear about what is comming in the new season and if will be have new modes useful for players, because I thought the Mode of Character Selection unnecessary because they already have the My Room Shop for this.
I hope the next news be good and sorry for text more this is about what I think of the new season.

I noticed on the KR site that it has a faded tab for "Single Player Practice" are we FINALLY getting a practice mode where our cards and items actually help us improve our normal game?
I really hope so, that would be a God send for when no one is on for me to play against. Seriously.
The reason I didn't list the other seasons like 4.5 or 4.9 because they were only temporary that didn't last long compared to the main seasons. It'll be easier to simplify the list in this fashion.
Also, it's just Pangya Tomahawk. 5.31 (May 31st) is the date on when it will be released on Pangya Japan.
Time to warm up on my chip-ins before this release.

You may be on to something. Although I haven't logged in at all to get these free daily gifts though since there are silver and gold colored coins too.
Korean server was suppose to update this week along with a new scratch (gacha) rare, but they decided to wait until next week instead. This pretty much makes it obvious. I'll wait until I get all the juicy details hopefully next week and make a "Pangya Tomahawk Review".

Well.. probably not, Pangya's needed something like this for a while. But I find that idea a bit hard to believe.
Hopefully KR will be updating next week so I won't have to resort to speculating anymore.

I found the new curse mystical and mysterious think it will be a little hard to dodge the meteor destrosos and Kooh can fly now with the new earring wings of the zodiac, will it have on other characters.
The course has references of: West Wiz, Wiz Wiz, Wiz City, Shining Sand and Lost Seaway.
It will be perfect to have auto at papel shop

Man, that hole is really really big. If that's going to be the actual in-game size, it's pretty much going to be a matter of hitting pangya or not.
KR updated their page for it, it now shows the new items, what looks to be card pack season 3, a new GUI system, single player mode, and much more...
I wish I knew how to read Korean, I'd love to know what changes they've made for this new season =3=

According the mythos behind the Grand Zodiac, the giant crystal that keeps it afloat is an Abbot Elemental Crystal, so my guess would be that they will have a practical use.

hey rich, i have a korean account and know all my details and what not and tryed loging in the korean game but with the 2nd password system thing i have fogoten it,is there anyway i can reset it or something? please help me asap!
I know some of you don't mind it, but can i ask if the profile (putt/fairway/ob rates, season course records, etc) was reset after this new season hit the game and automatically added to the total instead?
Only IP block I can think of is China at the moment.
So far I see no indication about that card yet.
From what the Korean GMs said, they said to hold onto it. You can exchange it for something special later on. That's about all I know so far.
I've never forgotten mine so I have no clue how the procedure works to have your 2nd password reset. Contacting the GMs and showing proof of your identity is most likely your only bet. Since your not the proper owner of that account, I can't help you on that.
When I looked at my current records, it hasn't reset my Pangya United records at all. So no record resets or anything.
Pangya Global's page for them says "Hold onto them, as they will turn into something spectacular of 6/06!!!"
So I am curious why KR hasn't had anything happen with them as of yet, since Global's GMs have said that the announcement is accurate. =/
The way I think of it, this is a deadline date for the Korean server as well. It could have not been implemented just yet.
Makes sense, all servers get the update at a different time. But a feature is implemented on all servers the exact same day.
I'd so hard laugh if it had to do with the the red variant of the Zodiac Wings. Though I highly doubt that.

Also, I've been hearing some rumors about some unusual numbers for this season. I'm not sure where it's coming from but there's no such thing as Season 5.21, 5.31, or 6.06. It's just Pangya Tomahawk = Season 6.
I believe the 5.31 on Pangya Japan site is confusing people. That's the date on when Pangya Tomahawk is released. It's just labeled differently than what most foreigners would look at it.
