Possible New 11th Pangya Character?

Pangya art director "Easycrew" has revealed one of his secret projects on his blog that happens to be a concept art of a possible new character relating to Pangya. This is to be expected from the future content post back in October. Do take note that the character design is still under development for possible improvements so lets just wait to see if the final version will be like this drawing or not. A possible worst case scenario would be that it could end up getting trashed.


Now what can we gain just be looking at this character? She looks like a student that seems to be rough with her clothing, or perhaps she's purposely doing that for sex appeal. She wears glasses that may reveal that she could be a nerd of some sort. We see an injury on both her arms that she could get into fights or just clumsy. And to what purpose does she carry around a sword for? I do wonder where she will fit in the Pangya storyline from all of this.


Compared to this sketch drawing, she doesn't wield the sword as she does on the finished concept art. Interesting.

Just remember that this isn't officially confirmed just yet, but it may give us a hint that the 11th Pangya character may be arriving near to rival against the other popular female golfers.

Oh dear god I hope not. It just looks like Arin wearing slutty clothes & glasses + wig. e_e Why can't Pangya ever get hot guy characters...and Nell doesn't count ffs.

im bored with boobs, I want huge muscles and abs, since max is too skinny, and kaz's face is to girly.. I really hope that the 11th character will be a manly man

We already have a Singer and a Magician, a masochist-nerd would be interesting, if nell is a trap maybe she's lesbian, common give her a chance.

Why does easycrew only draw one face?

Hmm... This reminds me of Cien from PangYa PSP o.o Isn't she Kaz's sister? This would confirm the sword on the final art.
Yesterday a friend told me one of the GMs or someone told her there would be a new character soon ... :o

hmm. another female character as speculated long ago thought many are hoping for a male. I'm guessing.. she might live a double life? day time she's a student, night time she's a fighter.

No love for the boys... =( Though the developers indirectly gives a lot of REAL LIFE boys by giving more girl characters. (lol)

I kinda wished for more male characters, especially after looking up back to SeeDark's artwork about the mysterious "aviator boy". =P

i was actually really hoping for Cien to get released and not just on pangya PSP TT.TT
they need a "tough girl" kinda persona and Cien was the "tough girl" and she was also cute aswell ( if they get her skin tone right and not like the PSP version which was to pinkish and not the original greyish)

but only way to really know how well she will look is the Pics of her in game

kinda messed up something: She said the new Chara would be set to be Kaz's sister ^^'' But still she looks like Cien and I hope Cien is released in PangYa Online.

Would someone give this guy/girl an anatomy lesson. I don't think you need to be an expert at anything artistic to spot the unsettling composition. Easycrew should also learn to give his/her girls something other thank :o expression.

Anime art isn't about correct anatomy, I get it, but at least the good artists would know how to properly stylise their "characteristics".

This new character, if it is, is such a poor attempt on the developer's site. It can be Hana/Lucia/Arin with short black hair. Bring me the testosterone I say, all that muscles and raw manliness that trumps 100 Azers! Off with this sailorfuku gone wild persona.

Agree with your comment 100%. easycrew draws beautiful chests but the legs are always awkwardly rushed.
I think this character is lame & uncreative and I really hope they work on it some more if they really plan into making a new character which isn't a guy (that would be nice for once).

At first I was like "I'm okay with this." But then I quickly realized that, yeah, it would take pretty much zero effort to make Arin look exactly like that. Heck, half the articles of clothing exist already. I fully approve of such a top & bottom and maybe gloves that give the bandaged look being released, though.

They're just going to troll us and say Nell is actually a girl and this character is her future self.

Is this still Pangya or Porngya?

I wish I can be a PangYa game developer now!I mean right now! PangYa's getting consecutively tedious(I'm not saying that I'm good with computer stuff...not yet!I think I've a lot of imagination in my palm compared to current pangya game developers' whole body).This character sketch sucks bigtime! If they demand a female fighter as a character,I'll make that character a blonde girl,(so blonde she looks like a night light),filthy rich(maybe the daughter of the captain of the silvia force?),has a strict dad that doesn't want her to be participating in street fights or whatsoever yet she wants to be a little sadistic and can be a rival of Kooh and may be aged from 15-16.
If they want a masculine,manly guy,he might be a soccer player that likes to play the piano and likes Lucia.Or if another guy,someone that can be paired with the girl mentioned above who looks and acts like Kaz a bit but with bigger eyes and a lil bit shorter and yet, is fond of animals

I noticed that Seedark,the only artist that can draw the characteristics of each character.When we see his drawings,we can easily distinguish who's who.Too bad he's dead....

The interesting thing about SeeD's work was that even though most of the features would closely resemble each other, he made it work to where every character was distinguishable. With these new art directors, every female character (and Nell) just has some copy and paste thing going on.

Is it really that hard to create a character, male or female, that doesn't rely on heavy sex appeal? I don't mind fanservice, but nowadays it just seems so forced upon us that it's not even funny. When they finally decide to make a male character, I hope they don't pull another Kaz or Nell.

One thing I do like about the character though is the double life. But I hope she isn't one of those 'ditsy warrior by dumb luck' types.

I might be wrong, but I think Cecilia is the daughter of the captain of the Silvia Force. But other than that, your concept sounds pretty good.

I don't quite see the clothes as "slutty". Sure, there is a sex appeal(low top shirt, showing the stomach slightly), but it's still far more modest than most of the sets Kooh somehow gets her hands on.

I second we need another male character, even though I probably wouldn't play one. ((I barely touch Max, Azer, or Nuri.))

Well, true, but she still has a father who is a part of the Silvia Forces. In Pangya PSP, there is a scene where Cecilia is talking to the captain, which is also her dad.

really? I'll make her Cecilia's niece then if that's the case haha,as if my ideas would come to life....but who knows? haha
