Gacha Page
The 2011 swimsuits has been released for all characters. Each character has a "swimsuit set" and a "one-piece" swimsuit. When you win a rare, you'll receive your entire swimsuit set and then you'll receive an extra one-piece swimwear for a different character free.
Nuri = Hana
Max = Arin
Azer = Lucia
Kaz = Cecilia
Nell = Kooh
Ex.
Win Nuri swimsuit set --> receive Hana one-piece free
Win Hana swimsuit set --> receive Nuri one-piece free
So basically each rare you win will get you: swimsuit set + one-piece outfit only. I say the Azer=Lucia & Kaz=Cecilia should switch if you get my drift.
One more rare will be added. A secret rare contains Lucia's silk Y-shirt. Winning this rare doesn't associate with any other characters so you won't receive an extra swimsuit for somebody.
A unique feature on some of these swimsuits will have a separate top and bottom piece so you can customize other outfits with it. This feature does not work on their one-piece swimwear.
Video demo of the new swimsuits here. Having a separate top and bottom piece makes this worth getting. You can make it look like the girls are wearing panties with the right setup. Genius. 
After your 30th play on Gacha, you will receive an Aqua snorkel item gifted inside your mailbox. 50th play will give you a choice of any swimsuit you want from the current set excluding Lucia's secret rare.
The 2011 swimsuit was scheduled to be released last week ago. Judging from the Gacha benefits again just like the platinum gloves, Gacha may end up keeping this feature from now on. Snorkel stats give Spinslot +2.

The platinum gloves has lasted five weeks, and the selling price from players are still way overpriced in my opinion. Also, have you noticed since the kindergarten set that they are not numbering their scratch releases anymore? They are now numbering them by the month they are released instead. Japan used to be a week behind on Gacha releases, but now they are neck-to-neck with Korea for the time being.
Lucia Birthday
Due to server's maintenance schedule, Lucia's birthday has arrived late. Find her missing boxes from courses and birthday contents in the shop. Her birthday celebration will last two weeks.
It's late, but it's here. At least her birthday page looks nice. Speaking of birthdays, the next one will be Max on September 15th. Unless someone else who hasn't had a birthday yet will pop up before him.
Lucia will receive two outfit sets in the shop. Both the ice and black chiffon set will be available to purchase either individually or through the box packages. Also, 2009 shop swimsuits will be back on sale in the shop for two weeks. In addition, they will be marked down 30% from the original price.
So no new shop swimsuits in the past two years.
Nell will receive five old Papel rares in Cadie's Cauldron. Dolfini headset (x1 Fall), optical visor onyx (x1 Winter), optical visor pearl (x1 Winter), blue star headset (x2 Winter), and pink star headset (x2 Winter).
I can finally use my three caddie card combo with Nell now. I was quite surprised they would use the winter fragment of time for them. Dolfini headset has the same effect as feathers.
The ranking system has finally been restored after it's been out of commission for many years.
After all these years, I wonder how many people actually missed this feature?

EDIT: Pangya Japan has finally completed adjusting the right balance for their Silvia Cannon course. The wind direction from the cannon fires will be slightly different every time you replay the course. Korea's cannon fires are still off since the transition to United.
