Lucia's birthday starts on July 7th on Japan server. All her items will be in the shop for a limited time such as WildLady GTR Turbo, birthday title, comet, and hat. Selected cookie items for Lucia will also have a 20% discount. The main event is to log-in each day to receive gifts that will be sent to your mailbox.

Continuing the second week from the swimsuit updates are the old swimsuits that's available in the shop for a limited time. The third and final week of this event will release the 2011 swimsuit model in Gacha.
The current Gacha set will last for three weeks instead of a month. I don't suppose they need an extra week since their special offer consist of choosing a glove for a specific character when played on the 50th try. If Korea plans to update theirs next week, then both Japan and Korea will be neck-to-neck on their rare releases once again.
A new web shop content was said to be released this week from their mailmag. The date is incorrect and it's meant to come out next week instead. Since it's spoiled already, it's the magical girl set for Lucia.
Without looking back for information, I don't think Lucia has ever received her magical set at all. And if so, it may have been limited.
The player shops pang limit of 9,999,999 pangs will be raised up to 30,000,000 now.
It may sound ridiculous to raise the selling limit, but this is what Korea needs. Remember the article I wrote about the Platinum gloves exceeding over the selling limit? The main purpose to raise the limit is to prevent players from arranging a private room that could lead to scams. I'm hoping to see a variety of popular items I don't see openly like Air Knight 3 clubs, +1 impact zone wings from popular characters, and maybe even a Cadie (SCR) for once.
New clubsets with a choice of gold or silver blades clubsets. These clubs will stay in the shop forever.
This is basically a recolored version of the Cursed Obsidian Blades with cookie-based stats. Thailand server has actually received this recently along with same stats, so maybe other servers could get them later on. I don't find them interesting to purchase so it's a pass for me.
Two minor updates such as two outfit sets for Lucia that we've seen before and Cecilia's late birthday finally arrives. Cecilia's birthday stuff is in the shop for a limited time, and mask is given once per log-in each day. You may also receive either 500 or 1000 pang pouch instead of mask each day too.
Korea usually runs an update once every two weeks, but this is the third week that they finally updated something for once. Notice how Cecilia's birthday came in so late. Next week is due for a new scratch rare, but I don't know if they plan to release that next week or not.

EDIT: Mist pointed out that Hello Kitty contents was removed from the shop this week. The 30% discount sale did end today, but I honestly did not know they would take it away too. This makes Hello Kitty sad. Why you make Hello Kitty cry Korea?
Other Notices
I'm currently on vacation this entire week and won't be back until the end of this week. There are a few projects I've been working on too so I'll be sharing all of that when I come back home.
The updated banner pictures on Japan's update will be edited later. EDIT: And done.
I just now found out that I actually won something from Korea's Golden Time event.
