Weekly Pangya Update #40

I wasn't surprised that they didn't add any bonuses for playing on this set. I do get the feeling the company will play around with this set by throwing in special offers later on so if you are in no rush, I'd say wait and see what they plan to do. As for me, I don't see this as being fair to keep tempering with the lottery system this way if that's what they are planning to do.


The reading glasses will be replacing the visors which both have the same stats of curve +10. I really thought they would bring in those privacy films instead. As most people would agree, this is my favorite +10 curve glasses compared to illusion specs and visors.


Nell finally receives a new update on Cadie's Cauldron. Dolfini headset that has the same effect as feathers and star headsets that contains one caddie card slot. The funny thing is that Global releases both blue and pink colors for Nell (inb4 Nell's gender rage drama again). Also, no rainbow comet love?


Nuri's birthday will be celebrated on every Pangya servers this week. Global has their exclusive event that expects you to play up to 100 hours of playtime for two weeks. The grand prize for all that hard work is $3. I usually keep my personal feelings to myself on my weekly posts on Pangya, but that is the most ridiculous prize I've ever seen in my life. I can make a lowly example of someone working at Burger King for 100 hours and get paid a lot more than $3. Plus that money earned will not belong to Pangya too.

The random gifts will be gifted for every 5th hour you played, and the main prizes are for reaching 25, 50, 75, and then 100 hours.


This is the final week for Negima contents. Instead of more outfits in Web Shop again, new contents will be located under Web Gacha that contains a new voice clubs, cut-ins, and a mascot with no expiration date.


Negima! Voice Club Set
Power 10+5 Control 6+6 Accuracy 6+5 Spin 2+2 Curve 2+2. It can be changed through Cadie's Cauldron to make alterations. Voices will also be heard when using the clubsets on specific characters. Pic sample: 1 2


Chachazero Mascot
15 mascot bonus pangs for each successful pangya shot, and 5 bonus pangs for each missed pangya shot. If over par, you won't receive any pang bonuses. Pic sample: 1


Cut-ins
A total of 5 cut-ins for Nuri, Hana, Kooh, Lucia, and Nell. When you do a cut-in from Web Gacha, you'll also get other bundled cookie items together with it too. Pic sample: 1 2



Wiz City is creeping up on Japan's release date. Besides the new Cadie's test online event, the main page will display one of the songs that you'll hear when playing the new course.


Korea is definitely holding back, a lot. I get the feeling Wiz City will be their next update in two weeks because of this slow pace performance they have been doing lately. It's nothing but bug fixes, changes, and they brought in the 10+1 card pack deal that nobody is going to buy because people can freely sell and purchase cards from other people with pangs.


The bundled shop interface has changed so it'll be easier to see the difference between individual and bundle shops.


Remember that little round object next to Nell? Well Korea took the liberty to remove Pepper's bell once and for all. Not sure if other servers have fixed this too or not.

EDIT: Almost forgot to add this. I noticed the screen transition has a fade out effect. Not sure when this happened or if other Pangya servers have this new effect too.
