Nisemonogatari x Pangya

What makes Pangya Japan unique compared to other Pangya servers is their multiple collaboration events. On Christmas Day, their 2nd Pangya Christmas Party event was held at Bellesalle Akihabara where the Club Tournament Grand Prix tournament was also played there. During the party event, they revealed several collaboration events for their players to look forward to in the near future.

Christmas Golden Time Achieved

Pangya KR organized the Golden Time Event on Christmas Eve and Day where they handpick 5 winners per hour from lunch time to midnight. This event runs similar to the fireworks event held on Pangya Global. On the Korean server, I did manage to win big last time on June, so I'm trying my luck again for the second time.

Pang Millionaire Event

I have 5 million pangs to giveaway and I will split them to 5 lucky winners on Pangya Global. One million pangs for each winner. The rules are simple, log onto Pangya Global a day after Christmas Day and create a room where you may be selected to earn 1 million pangs. Check below for more details.


1) I will log-in on 12-2526-11 at around 10:00 PM EST.
2) Create an open room on Dolfini Free 3 and name the room, Peperoholic Event.
3) Pick any item you want to sell and price it at 1,000,000 pangs.
4) I will enter each room one-by-one randomly. If I leave your room without buying anything, do not leave the room because I may come back to you later.
5) I will announce on the ticker when I have selected all five winners so you know that it's over. Or if my account "Peperoguy" is not online on the server list if you arrive late.


Look out for this Afro Hana, because that's me and fully loaded on pangs to giveaway.

10:17 PM: The Event is now over. I am officially broke on that server, for good.


As soon as I arrived, I was astonished to see so many rooms. This was going to be harder for me to randomly pick 5 winners on this large scale. I decided to visit each of your rooms to see who are participating, and I recognized most of you from before. If I somehow missed your room for the first time I was visiting, I apologize.

After I paid my visits, I announced on the ticker that I was preparing to pick five random winners.


Here are the lucky winners. Each one of them have received their million pang prize. Congratulations.


I had over 500,000 pangs left, so I decided to throw in a quick bonus. I announced on the ticker that the first person I see that's selling an item for 500k, I would buy it. I randomly picked a room with my eyes closed and arrived in a room that setup the shop just in time for my final bonus winner. Sadly, I couldn't announce that the 500k prize was over because I had insufficient points leftover, lol.

Well thank you all for your participation. I hope you guys had fun to see the tension of me entering the room to see if you were picked or not. I wasn't expecting to see so many rooms at all, so that was definitely a huge surprise.

Weekly Pangya Update #50

So after playing 1,000 holes to light up your Christmas tree, now you'll have to grind for socks that may randomly come out from the holes.


The prize list is kind of similar to Japan's opened cube list except a different cost of 700 opened cubes for each snowflake outfits and 900 for the gold spike hammer clubs. Just like other Pangya servers, there's a time limit on when it'll last on Cadie's Cauldron. Snowflake outfits will last until May 9th and gold hammer clubs on June 18th. Funny thing is that June 18th is on a Monday.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 OST

Both the soundtrack and game were released this week in Japan. The soundtrack involves a mix of orchestral, violins, and even heavy metal that's uncommon to see in a Final Fantasy title. Instead of Nobuo Uematsu composing the songs, there are other composers such as Masashi Hamauzu, Naoshi Mizuta, Mitsuto Suzuki, and Yoshitaka Suzuki. OST comes in 4 CD with a total of 79 tracks.

Pangya World Championship 2012 Preview

The 2nd Pangya World Championship 2012 will gather the best players from each Pangya servers around the world in an all-out battle to determine the strongest fantasy golfer and to pursuit the top prize money.

Last year's world championship was held at Tokyo, Japan with each team of 4 players competing with a total of 16 competitors. This time the location will be held in Bangkok, Thailand with the top 3 players from each region for a total of 12 players around the world.

The Tartan set that appeared on other Pangya servers last year ago will be available now on Gacha. There are a total of 4 sets to win along with a cut-in prize bundled together. There are no more Tartan sets for other characters so this is all they plan to do for this set.

Weekly Pangya Update #47

The olympic set, project g, magical set, and black gothic outfit has been updated for their 15th scratchy set. So far in the past two sets, they have released 4 outfit sets including this one.

EDIT: Pajamas are coming back this year for 20,000 points each, along with a new lottery box for 4,000 points each for a chance to win two unreleased supposedly Gacha sets such as Kindergarten and Libera clubs.

A new Gacha rare contains two new mascots that are named Dorthy and Amelie. Both of these magical mascots will have the same abilities except one effect. Read ahead under the Korean post below for details.

Japan will reward players on the amount they played. 5 tries receives a title, 10 tries 5 Partial Gacha tickets, 30 tries to receive Arin's Wave hairstyle (Wiz City alternative hairstyle), and 50 tries to pick 1 rare of choice or 10 Partial Gacha tickets.

Weekly Pangya Update #46

This will be their 3rd Vocaloid update bringing in old and new contents back to Pangya Japan again. A remixed version of Shiny Days will be played in the background when you first log into the game. Previous Vocaloid outfits will be re-released in the shop again as well as new outfits this year. http://www.pangya.jp/event/201111_vocaloid3rd/



Last year's Vocaloid event in 2010 only brought old Vocaloid contents back for a limited time so this is most likely why they are not counting that for their third event. So this year, there will be more new outfits for Nuri, Hana, and Kooh. All three will receive the new AP-suits plus a new snow dress for Kooh only for a total of 4 outfits to be released for this week.


There are more Vocaloid contents to come later on. However, I found a hidden outfit sets for Kooh that hasn't released yet. So it's more than likely that they will release it on their next update.
