With the release of Nell and the unveiled mysteries behind the Fragments of Time, this may be what Ntreev needed. What makes Nell unique is that you can obtain these old rares from the expensive lottery system by collecting a few materials to make them. If you missed your chance to get the rares that you wanted, or you came out unlucky, then you may have a chance to get those rares without any involvement of gambling.
I constructed a list of what rares has been released so far on all 4 available Pangya servers. Let's see how they are doing so far. I will not be editing this post when new rares are coming out in the near future after this post has been made. Please make note of that.

Sneakpeek Releases
Black Wedding Set (GB: Black Widow Dress)
This picture is first seen on Korea's website when they introduced Nell's new Korean voices. We can only see the head and body of this illustration, but we can say that it looks similar to the Black Wedding Dress with the exception of a different color. Unless the red color has any significant meaning, or it's just a special case for Nell. I'm still skeptical thinking it has no relevance to the dress and it'll available to purchase from the shop. Or it could come from this. Only time will tell.
Pajama Set
This illustration is seen on Nyanya's photo gallery if you browse through it closely. It's obviously a teaser of Nell's Pajamas that will most likely be available to get from the cauldron. We may also see other colors or designs with it. But how many variations and what it will look like are undetermined at this point. What we seen from the picture may be the primary design so far.
Wedding Dress
This is a tough call, but I'm going to throw this one out there anyways. We could argue that it's just a rough sketch of Nell's dress that was first released in the shop. But at the same time, they could use that already made design to make it into another new dress with a few more tweaks. Pangya has a history of using old outfits and making a few alterations.
Anticipated Releases
Physical Ear Plug (GB: Powered External Pip or PEP)
We are positive that this item will get released in the cauldron. It's all the matter of "when" that will happen.
Star Headset
Servers like Japan and Thailand won't be anticipating this rare since it has the same effects as the feather rather than an extra caddie slot like Global and Korea's server. I don't know about you but this headset is essential to me with my card setup: Cadie (SC), Titanboo (SC), and Quma (SR). I'm not sure if they'll release it in the cauldron with the cost of 2 Wheels of Time, but either in an event or added as an extra in Papel lottery.
Piano Dress
This will most likely belong to the shop rather than the cauldron. Nell will continue to follow the female trend and I feel that the Piano dress will fit together in some way. The piano set was released altogether during Season 3 for all the ladies. Then when Season 4 came up, Lucia soon received hers. Who knows if Nell will be next.
