The "X Gloves" promotion has begun! The red gloves is called reborn gloves, and the blue is called Vongola gloves. The effects are still the same like the other servers where it gives spinslot +1 and enables you to have up to 4 combo gauges. The promotion will go on for two weeks.
An event to receive the Magical Stick Clubs is available. What makes it this club unique is it's exclusive Pangya logo that I've never seen before. The stats still remains the same as the other servers.
Japan will receive an outfit set for both Arin and Azer. These are not never-before-seen outfits so it's nothing new. Arin's outfit is focused to get more attention by showing more skin and less clothing to compete with Lucia. Azer wears his chef outfit to make several servings of fried chicken with spicy seasoning on top of that. The biggest difference is that both of these outfits will be sold in pangs rather than cookies.
Any players playing outside of Japan will receive some restrictions regarding cookie points. The billing service and agreement policy will be altered starting on March 30th, 2011. Any foreigners who has any leftover cookies might want to spend them now before they revoke it.
I like to go over the 2nd Password and Trading system one more time to clear the confusion. I had enough time to sit down and gather all the information that's going on in this server ever since I finished up Hyperdimension Neptunia haha. (btw 100% trophy completion ftw!)
December 7th, 2010, the trading system (or player shop) has been disabled for the time being. Around that time, there has been an increasing amount of hacking in the game that involved duplicating items and selling them at a low price. I witnessed this when I saw someone selling Nuri's Rainbow Fairy Wings for around 3 million pangs from an account that had just been created.
A few weeks later, an announcement has been made to IP block any players from China on accessing their servers. This was most likely concluded that all the hacking source came from them. In the meantime, the trading system (player shop) were still down.
January 28th, 2011, we see someone announcing about opening the trading system (player shop) sometime soon and more announcements will be on the way after their week holiday.
So finally on February 24th, 2011, they introduced the new 2nd Password System and brought the trading system (player shop) back again. You first have to setup your numeric password and then you are given a choice to continue to the game, or show proof of your identify in one of four choices given to you. If you show that your the real deal, then you can continue on with the game normally. As for players who didn't enter their information will be revoked on anything related on purchasing, mailbox, selling, and changing your nickname for 10 whole days. Once 10 days have passed, you will be free from these restrictions. The benefits of players who have submitted their identify will be able to stay safe from any frauds that ever happens on their accounts.
