Mitsudomoe is finally down to the last episode of Season 2. They went ahead and skipped the opening scene to add more screen time to finalize this episode. The first three segments are typical short episodes as usual while the last one showed the Marui family walking home together from the grocery store. The scene goes into a flashback where it shows Soujirou in his youth and in good shape walking down the street with his triplet little kids.
As soon as Soujirou's flashback ended, he takes notice that his daughters still cares for him. The only things they have changed is how they have grown. It ended with a good stopping point where the narrator gives out the final conclusion that they still live happily together. This is about all I could ask for to end their second season. It doesn't have to be all dramatic since this anime is very loose on the serious side. I did enjoy all the laughter from these hilarious characters and we got to see some new ones too from the parent-teacher conference episode. I might actually re-watch Season 1 again since I've forgotten most of it already.
Even though episode 8 is the last one, there will be another bonus episode next week that never made it into Season 1. I won't be going over the bonus material seeing how not many people are reading these posts much of this under-looked series.
