Instead of this set, I figured it would make sense to bring the Cyber outfits to go with the goggles and headgear from Papel shop that just retired. I could say this set is mediocre, but that's a good thing to save your money and skip this set if these agents doesn't tickle your fancy.
In this set, you'll either win the silver or pink wind-up keys for a random Character for a total of 20 rares. The only way to get the gold wind-up key is transform your silver key from Cadie's Cauldron. Players may be thinking they have caught up to the other Pangya servers, but that's only because Global server has skipped a bunch of sets to get there. Not to mention Korea has done plenty of re-releases in the past and even that doesn't come close to catching up either. No film glasses, optical visor, and semi-released eye mask and party mask.
It definitely looks like the 2nd round of birthdays will be getting birthday mask of their face after all. It's just a typical birthday event with discounts, titles, comet balls, and bingo event. Now that I think of it, I wonder when Nell's birthday coming up? Releasing a motion item along with Nell's birthday would be a great combination.
Hmm... nope I don't have the heart to play competitively anymore so I'll be skipping this. What really makes this feel non-competitive is that Wind Hill is selected for both the Qualifier and Final round. It looks like they are making this tournament more on luck rather than skills and that's just even more discouraging. I don't think I've ever seen any other servers use Wind Hill for their organized tournaments before. At least Wiz Wiz instead of that course would be more appropriate. The prizes are definitely good though.
Now this is what I call an Anniversary event! A Pangya rally where everyone works together to gather medals that may randomly pop up from the hole. Rather than collecting medals to reach the goal, you can actually use them to get stuff for yourself. Most prizes are decent, but I give major props for adding Fragments of Time that's just enough to get one of Nell's rares. A motion item is absolutely necessary for this event to get two medals instead of one. The medal race prize lets you pick any rare depending on what placed you are in is another great treat. So get out those coffees and adult diapers.
The 250,000 goal is definitely Special Shuffle Course that could be coming this month along with possibility other new contents to go with it. When it says "New Pangya Season" it could be like how Pangya Thailand did with a slight alteration on their new title whenever they brought in major new contents.
The GMs plan to host (another) fanart contest that a small amount of players can participate. The phrase "Happy 2nd Anniversary Pangya" must be included anywhere in the drawing to go with the main theme. As much as I want Fresca to try this idea, he's already got a "sweet" plan on what to draw so look forward to that. The two lucky winners that receives a new item (x2) is a bit intriguing, but something I probably wouldn't get my hopes up. The shuffle course ticket prize is a good indication that Special Shuffle Course will be coming out probably when this event is over.
Japan server will now be known as Pangya United. To be honest, this update is pretty much a replica of Pangya Open Tournament update: Special shuffle course, card pack volume 2, new record tab, and much more. Instead of making long paragraphs on each content, I'm going to make a list instead for easy reading.
1) Bug Fix: Cadie (SR) Card Compensation
▪ Cadie (SR) had some major problems before, but will be fixed where it'll work as intended. (not giving impact bonus and/or cannot remove with card removers, etc)
▪ Players who already owned Cadie (SR) before this update can exchange it for Cadie (SC).
▪ Players who already owned Cadie (SC) before this update can exchange it for one SR card of your choice from volume 2 card pack.

2) Special Shuffle Course
▪ Must acquire SSC ticket to open this room.
▪ Tickets can be obtained from events or from the hole at random.
▪ Room automatically set to 40 minutes/course&holes shuffled.
▪ Cannot anticipate what holes you will be playing for the entire round.
▪ 16 courses with a total of 288 holes that will be played out in the first 17 holes.
▪ Hole 18 will play one of the two demon lord stage.

3) Caddie Upgrade
▪ Current caddy owners may choose to upgrade or leave them the same.
▪ Upgraded caddies cannot be downgraded.
▪ Every caddy outfits will receive +33 units.
▪ Stats adjustment have been made to the shop caddies only.
▪ Hiring fee and purchase for PP caddies will increase on the upgraded caddies.
▪ From now until 4-21, caddies will be discounted by 10% off.
4) Accurate Power Readings
▪ Eliminates the process of converting power percentage to yards.
▪ No need to have auto-calipers to get these yard readings.
5) New Record Tab
▪ Total of two record tabs: Season and Total.
▪ Season tab is the record that you have accomplished on Pangya United only.
▪ Total tab takes both your current and your past record history and puts them together.
6) Welcome Back Campaign
▪ Players who have been absent will receive gifts when you log-in from now until April 21st.
▪ Since 8-30-10: x3 Volume 2 Card Packs & x3 Gachapon lottery ticket
▪ Since 11-30-10: x2 Volume 2 Card Packs & x2 Gachapon lottery ticket
▪ Since 1-30-10: x1 Volume 2 Card Packs & x1 Gachapon lottery ticket
7) Silvia Cannon
▪ Cannon fires will now malfunction so throw away those Silvia notes you have.
8) Rental System
▪ Renting CP outfits for a 7-day trial.
▪ Costs pangs instead.
▪ Cost difference is 1CP > 300PP.
▪ Not everything will be available to rent: devil wings, motion items, event outfits, etc
9) Newcomers System
▪ Old outfits just for Beginner A levels and lower that is affordable to purchase with pangs.
▪ Receive 10,000 PP.
▪ Newcomer outfits only available for Nuri, Hana, Azer, and Cecilia.
▪ Airknight Clubs will receive new stats.
▪ Necklace of Good Fortunate will also increase impact zone.
▪ New sign-ups will receive more gifts and pangs
10) Windows Stability
▪ Players using Windows Vista or 7 will have increased stability to keep you from disconnecting when the round is over.
11) Trading Coins
▪ From 3-31 ~ 4-21, you collect bronze, silver, or gold coins from courses.
▪ From 4-7 ~ 4-21, Cadie's cauldron will be available to exchange these coins for prizes.
12) Card Pack Volume 2
▪ New card pack available with 40 different cards inside.
▪ Any players logging in between now until April 21st will receive x2 card pack volume 2.
▪ Spending more than 50 CP will be gifted card pack volume 2 on April 14th.
There are other updates such as GM events and PJC stuff, but I won't be going over that. Probably missed a few other small details, but I think this is good enough. Now to dip my hand in warm water and epsom salt.
Korea received Hana's birthday event too, but in an unusual fashion. The shop has been updated with stuff and the only way to get her mask is by log in attendance. No bingo event to deal with though!

Meet Kona and Azna~
Seems that only Global and Korea received Hana's birthday this week. With Korea's disappointing update, I get the feeling they spent more time preparing Japan's server and Global's anniversary event than anything this week. I think Pangya KR has updated everything that Open Tournament has to offer. All these servers getting new titles, and I think KR deserves the same treatment toward something I haven't seen before. Do it Korea. Let me wake up one morning to find a new trailer with a catchy song.
