An announcement has been posted on Japan's website about the upcoming Wiz City course that was scheduled to be released around May or June according from this interview. Unfortunately, Wiz City will not be released on its scheduled date. The reason is to improve quality and more development time is needed to make the course much more enjoyable. Pangya Japan disclosed September to be their release date. Of course, the delay should also effect other Pangya servers as well.
I'm actually fine with their decision. I'd rather have it delayed for quality than to rush it out.
