Pangya server update from 1-30-11 to 2-05-11. I'm posting this update early since there's nothing much going on this week due to Lunar New Year in Korea. As I spoken about this earlier, they are taking the whole week off during this holiday. But, that doesn't stop the Japanese server from continuing Kooh's birthday event by releasing more new content rather than release everything at once. Korea server is also promoting double pang and exp from now until the end of this weekend. Speaking of that, I need to start playing a little bit there.

Kooh's 2011 box can now be purchased in the shop for 50CP each. Even though her box has her name on it, it has a mix of previous released Gacha rares inside that you may win for other Characters. A list of items can been found on their site here. You may win the increased drop rate: Anderson mascot, outfits, and even clubsets. Not to be mistaken "Hato" is Arin's red bird. The blue bird name is Anderson.
The sale duration for her box will go on for two weeks. But for those who already own most of the listed rares can easily skip this set.
In addition on purchasing Kooh's box, once you purchase a total of five boxes, you will receive Kooh's red captain hat for free. This is the secondary color from the original hat that can be purchased in the shop. Even if some players may not use this free hat, I think it's a nice way to give out small rewards to give them a little incentive.
And no, the dress is not included with the hat. The stats give Spin+1/Slot+1.
