Trauma Team OST

Trauma Team for the Nintendo Wii delivers six main protagonists to save lives. You play as the general surgeon, diagnostician, emergency medical technician, orthopedic surgeon, endoscope technician, and medical examiner. The game does more than saving patients, it has a medical drama sense that pulls you in to their story. Wii owners who haven't played this title should really give it a look. The songs were composed by Atsushi Kitajoh, Ryota Koduka, and Shoji Meguro.

Mitsudomoe Zouryouchuu! 4

On to the halfway mark of this season in episode 4. This episode had it's few shining moments, but my favorite had to be the ghost picture scene where Hitoha gets revenge on both Miku and Mitsuba. Hitoha just can't help hiding that ghoul face of her whenever her picture gets taken. This episode focused more on Hitoha to give her lots of screentime so I'm glad she gets that special treatment. The ending sequence took me by surprise by playing "Nearer My God to Thee" that I haven't heard in a long time since I haven't been to church since I was little.

Gal Gun

Gal Gun is a first person rail shooter for the Xbox 360 where you fire your pheromones gun toward a horde of female schoolgirls who tries to win your affection. Apparently, this is caused by being struck with so many love arrows at once by some clumsy cupid, and now all the girls in school are falling for this guy you are controlling. You are given a choice to choose which girl you want to be with, and you'll have to battle your way through female admirers to get to your true love. Think of it like House of the Dead, but replace zombies with school girls.

Mitsudomoe Zouryouchuu! 3

We are back with Mitsudomoe's third release. This turned out to be quite a treat as it's giving out 5 short episodes. The show is finally getting back to its roots. I particularity didn't care for the first segment about Futaba making a pr0n magazine for Chiba’s birthday, but the latter episodes turned out great. We got to see a brief bonding moment between Hitoha and her dad during the parent-child three legged race, but in the end his butt was exposed and Hitoha pretended that he was a pedophile. The best part had to be when we get to see what their dad looked like when he was young. The face looked the same, except for his massive gut. Evenually things get confusing when they had company over and they saw their dad's young photo that they believe it's Mitsuba's boyfriend. Well let's check out some screencaps.

Weekly Pangya Update #3

Server update from 1-16-11 to 1-22-11. Global server receives two outfits for Nell. An event where new registered players can win some really good prizes just by leveling up. And finally, more lottery to spend your money on to obtain last year's Gacha rares. Thailand server receives a new Project G Ver. 2 set plus the Guitar clubset too. A mysterious clubset has set foot in the shop that cannot be purchased or seen what it looks like yet. Japan server only brought a notice in about their Challenge Cup event and new Gacha rare on next week's update. I don't deem it worthy to post a section of that news. Also, nothing new going on Korea's server that's worth mentioning either.

Prinny 2 Review

After completing the first Prinny game on the PSP, I was ready to take on their second game that came out this month. In the first game, they had to find the ingredients to make the ultra dessert, and now someone stole Etna's... panties. I am proud to say that I've beaten both of these games and it was no easy task. But in the end, it felt like an accomplishment as a gamer to challenge myself on how much I've improved. I usually don't play difficult games, but thanks to the charming Characters from Disgaea, I was able to immerse myself in their fantasy world.

Mitsudomoe Zouryouchuu! 2

Onward to the second episode. Finally the triplets as well as the rest of the cast will be focused on compared to the first episode. This episode delivered exactly what I've missed about Mitsudomoe. Comedy, misunderstood moments, and a catchy new OP and ED sequence. The only people that would truly appreciate this episode if they have seen the first season. So if you haven't seen the first one, I would hold off on this season for now.

Valkyria Chronicles 3 Impression

The sequel returns on the PSP again to take control of your army squad once again. Valkyria Chronicles 3 falls under the same time frame as the first game in a side story that revolves an unwanted Gallian army known as Nameless where each troops are referred to as a number rather than their names. The squad will be ordered from the Gallian military to do the dirty work and dangerous missions for them. Nameless # 7, Kurt Iving, takes a stand to think they deserve more than this and to prove it by standing up against the Imperial unity known as the Calamity Raven. The other two heroines plays an important role where Riela will discover that she is a descendant of the Valkyria and Imca who seeks to hunt down the Valkyria that destroyed her home.

Pangya Impact Zone

The white line on our Pangya bar is the most important element of the game. If we can't hit Pangya, then there's no way of getting better. I remember the old days where hitting Pangya proved to be difficult compared to now. It tested your timing, flexibility, and focus. But now that idea is almost gone thanks to these impact zone items and upgrades that Pangya spoiled their players with. Every server has their own method for their impact zone additions. Let's take a look at our available servers around the world to see what they have.

Mitsudomoe Zouryouchuu! 1

So the first episode gave the spotlight to the Gachi Rangers (Power Ranger reference). There were a few screen time shown for the main cast, but the time was all spent of them watching the Gachi Rangers show. I would have never imagine myself watching almost an entire episode of Japanese Power Rangers, but I somehow I did. If you haven't seen the first Season of Mitsudomoe, you wouldn't have a clue on what's going on in this episode. Actually, even I wasn't sure what was going on myself.

Korean Ramyeon

Did you know that Ramen is actually pronounced Ramyeon in Korea? Most Korean Ramyeon are very spicy that I sometimes find it too hot. I also don't prefer slurping on noodles while my nose is running like a waterfall either. It can be very basic to make, or you can add up some ingredients to give it more taste. Not only it's good, but it's very cheap too, even in restaurants. I've handpicked a few of my favorite Korean noodles that I would like to share. I only eat the ones out of the pack though, but I still find it delectable.

Riviera: The Promised Land OST

The soundtrack is composed by Minako Adachi. I don't think Riviera received as much attention as it deserved. I find this music very impressive to put it up as my first "Music" post here. The lead character Ein will explore through many dungeons surrounded by a group of females to tag along. Sounds interesting already? The game was first produced for the Wonderswan hand-held console. The game was later introduced to the Game Boy Advanced, and an upgrade remake made its way to the Playstation Portable. So the music has been rearranged and rerecorded for each release of the game. The music version I'm going to review is from the PSP version.

My most anticipated games of 2011

Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood!
Release date: January 2011
Excitement level: High
Likelihood to broadcast: High
Someone stole Etna's...panties...so it's up to 1,000 Prinnies to go and find it. I've played and casted the prequel of this game about two years ago, but I never finished it. I'm sure I was close to finishing it, but it will be better to start over from the beginning. The second prinny game is coming out soon so I'm working on finishing up the first game as we speak.

Gonna cast these games, dood!

Kyahh, dood! I should get back to broadcasting some games! I never got around to finishing "Can I Really Be the Hero" so I'll be playing it again on Justin.TV. The sequel will be coming out next week called "Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood!" In the first game, someone ate Master Etna's ultra dessert, and now her panties is gone, dood! Now it's up to us, 1000 to be exact to set things right for our self-centered Master. I'll give it my Prinny best, dood!

New Pangya KR Entry

Pangya KR has implemented a perplexed log-in system where the old launcher becomes of no use anymore starting on November 18, 2010. I had a few people asking me about this so I figured I'll make a post about this. More importantly, this has nothing to do with you being banned or anything related so you're fine. Basically, instead of logging in the old fashion way, you must log-in from their website instead. You will also need a new launcher to open up the game too. In this post, I will demonstrate step-by-step on how to log to Korea's server again.

Welcome to Peperoholic

I may have said goodbye on 2010, but what about 2011?! I'm back to blogging again after a much needed hiatus to work on my new life and deal with some personal matters. I am feeling out of practice from my year break of blogging, but I'll relearn and make progress like the old days.

I've first began around September to come up with some ideas on which direction I wanted to go for my new blog. The idea of keeping Pangya information that SLGaming was known for will remain the same, but I wanted to focus more on variety this time instead of one concentrated topic. I had to make some decisions to come up with a comfortable plan for myself.

Once my decision was made up, I was ready to begin on "Project Peperoholic" around October. I finished the basics, but I needed help on some things I wasn't good at. I requested help from several people to tell them privately that I'm going to open a new blog. After receiving their support, I felt like something is getting accomplished now.

The banner was done by Fresca again, and yes, that's Lucia in her waitress outfit serving me a box of Pepero on a platter. At first it was only going to be just me in the banner, but Fresca added the idea of including Lucia in there for laughs. I went along with his ingenious plan and further requested that she'll be serving my favorite snack on a platter in her waitress outfit.

After contemplating on a new name, I ended up using the project name: Peperoholic. So feel free to browse through the area before I begin on my new blog. I've been working on this site little by little and I felt that opening my new blog the beginning of next year will give me enough time to finish. So here we are, the day has arrived that I've secretly kept it hidden until now.

I would like to thank Shouko36d for the logo and watermark designs, Fresca for making my third banner, and Lasanta for the template design plan. With that said, I'm happy to be back and have a wonderful New Years Day of 2011.
