SeeD's Condolence Page
It has been two years today since Pangya's former art director Park Jeong Hoon (SeeD/Seedark) has passed away on October 1st 2009 at 4:00 AM Korea time. It was very unfortunate that the bone marrow transplant for his Leukemia treatment was scheduled the end of the year, but he passed away the beginning of October. Time can be a tragic nature that we cannot control. He had lived a very short life from 1981 - 2009.

Here are just a few illustrations I handpicked of his work with several concept arts that may be very familiar to you. He was also responsible for illustrating the PSP game, Pangya: Fantasy Golf.

Weekly Pangya Update #39

Negima collaboration event continues on with four new outfits updated on their web shop.




Nell as Nodoka Miyazaki and School Uniform update. I like the hairstyle with different color options, and I'm certain those books count as a wing accessory.


Arin as Chisame Hasegawa and School Uniform update. That outfit makes Arin look very sassy.

There will be one more update next week. A mascot staring Chachazero and a new Voice Clubset.


The very familiar 10+1 card pack deals will only be available on sale for one week. I can't imagine how many people would buy card packs seeing they already gotten whatever cards they want and freely move them around at will.

Totori

After playing through Atelier Rorona completely with every ending and trophies , I'm heavily looking forward to the next Playstation 3 title, Atelier Totori: Alchemist of Arland. The story on Totori will take place five years later after Rorona. From all the Atelier games, Totori is the 12th installment of the series.

In case you have never heard of the series before, the term "Atelier" is the french word for "Workshop". So from that term, it heavily focuses on customized item creations, but there will be battles too. It's a Japanese RPG developed by Gust that works on Atelier and Ar Tonelico series. I just happened to become acquainted with Gust this year after playing through a couple of their titles so far.

Wiz City Release Date for Japan

Pangya Japan has finally settled with hopefully a fixed release date on their special page showing October 27th, 2011 for their server. That's 5 weeks from now before Pangya Japan will receive a large update as well as other Pangya servers around that time.

I don't know about you, but Pangya has been lacking momentum for me in quite awhile so hopefully this new course will bring back my spirit once again.

Weekly Pangya Update #38

After all these years, one of my favorite outfit set for Hana has finally surfaced. It does make sense to have the Olympic sets available for Scratchy instead of Gacha, it was just a matter of time on when they will release them.

Under extreme circumstances, Japan will be a day late with their updates due to Typhoon Roke that struck Japan this Wednesday. Japan has definitely dealt numerous disasters this year with the Fukushima earthquakes, tsunami waves, nuclear meltdowns, and now this. If you haven't heard the news about the typhoon, you can check it out here.


Negima's 3rd update will be concentrating on Lucia and Cecilia. Lucia will have two roles for both Setsuna Sakurazaki and Konoka Konoe. More school uniforms will available for Cecilia and Lucia too. So 4 outfit sets total this week.

New Peperoholic Layout

My new transition has finally finished. When I first opened up Peperoholic at the beginning of the year, I wasn't completely satisfied with the layout. This was also at the time when I didn't have much experience with scripts and html codes to the point where I couldn't get anything to work right.

So finally, this is the vision that I was looking for all this time that I couldn't do before. The layout still shares the same resemblance as my old one, but now it's more organized and cleaner that should make it easy on your eyes.

Pangya used to be available on so many different countries before, but now we've come down to four remaining servers. One particular server that we don't pay attention much is Thailand server. Now that every server has become Pangya United, I figured it'll be great to get to know more about Thailand server.

Peperoholic will be undergoing some new changes and upgrades this weekend. Blog will be unavailable on Sunday (9/18). It will be set to private on that day so I can run a few test to ensure that it'll function properly. I should be done either that evening, or the next day to open it back up.
