My Anticipated Animes for Fall 2011

In 2011, Fall season begins today on September 23rd. Besides the climate change, what's most important are the Fall anime lineup. I'll be using Zana's Fall 2011 Anime Chart to see which ones I'm looking forward the most and maybe find something new I haven't heard before.

Anime Fall 2011 - My Most Anticipated

Shinryaku!? Ika Musume - 9/26/11

Sequel of the Ika Musume series. Squid Girl has come to the land from the depths of the sea to conquer humanity for its pollution of the ocean. Unfortunately she ruins the first house she uses an an invasion base and has to work to pay for repairs... - neregate

There's something about this anime that is very charming to watch. I enjoyed the first season so this is why I'm looking forward to the return of Ika Musume. Also, this series reminds me of a few online people I know. Like someone named Octo and there's a girl in this show that reminds me of Makoto which I happen to know someone who is a big fan of her.

Persona 4 The Animation - 10/6/11

2011, Seta Souji moves to the countryside to his uncle's house due to his parents working abroad. Not very friendly, he however manages to make a few friends there, and they all decide to solve the mystery behind the sudden cases of serial murders that strikes the area. - neregate

It's no big surprise that this is on most people's list. Regardless if you haven't played or heard about the game, the quality presentation is top notch that deserves a watch. For those of us that played the game, we get to hear the silent protagonist actually speak for once and see how his personality is like compared to the choices we make for him in the game.

Anime Fall 2011 - Piqued My Curiosity

C³ -C Cube- - 10/1/11

The story begins when a high school student named Haruaki Yachi receives a mysterious, super-heavy black cube from his father overseas. That night, Haruaki wakes up to a suspicious noise in the kitchen, and he discovers a "fully naked female thief of rice crackers." The girl, Fear, is the first of several surprises that Haruaki receives. - neregate

If this looks promising, then I can add one more ecchi/comedy anime to my large list I've been watching lately, like Mayo Chiki recently. I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm hoping I can get into it.

Working'!! - 10/1/11

Sequel of the Working!! series. Set in a family restaurant in Hokkaido, 16-year old high school studen Takanashi Souta works part-time along with his strange co-workers : Taneshima Popura, a high school girl wh's easily mistaken for a elementary/middle schooler, and Shirafuji Kyoko the 28-year old store manager who doesn't bother to do any work at all. - neregate

Fresca mentioned this anime to me earlier so I figured I'll give this one a try. It took me awhile to figure out that Working!! is Season 1 while Working'!! with an apostrophe is Season 2. Hopefully I'll know what's going on since I haven't checked the first season. It looks like an easy going show that I can easily enjoy.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai - 10/6/11

The story revolves around Kodaka Hasegawa, a half-Japanese/half-British transfer student whose delinquent-like blonde hair scares people, and a seemingly perpetually sullen girl named Yozora Mikazuki. The two decide to form Rinjinbu, a club for people with hardly any friends. - neregate

Don't have much to say for this one, but for some reason I wanted to give this series a shot too.

Anyone's watch list is almost similar to mine? That's what I have down on my watch list for Fall 2011 so far. So if there are any more that you would like to recommend to me, feel free to suggest and add peperoes here.
